I was skeptical that this little gadget could succeed where so many other options had failed, but it works!We have 3 cats and 2 teenage boys so keeping odors under control is a full-time job. I have used every type of plug-in, essential oil diffuser, baking soda, bleach, and even moved a very costly air purifier machine rated to handle 1,300sf into our home office where the cat box resides. Even if it was cleaned and new litter put in an hour prior, I could still catch a whiff of the fresh scented cat litter and go into paranoia that my house smelled of cat – you know, “that” cat smell. My husband assured me I was crazy and have the nose of a bloodhound, and I assured him he must be nose blind and I want my house to smell clean. Ha!Fast forward, and I decide to give this air purifier a whirl with low expectations. I plug it in next to the freshly scooped cat box after work and go about the evening, a few hours later I come in the room having forgotten about the new gadget, and I stopped in my tracks. What is that smell?! Is a window open? It smelled like fresh air as if the windows had been opened on a crisp spring day. I then realized it was this little air purifier! In 2 hours, the home office smelled of nice clean fresh air!I immediately ordered another one for our sporty teenager’s room.

The media could not be loaded. Our son had one of these in Australia that worked amazingly on his new kitten’s litter box smells so we bought one at first and it did the same great work for our FL Room where we have 3 litter boxes for our 5 cats (yep, it’s nuts but they are all rescues and our family) and it worked so well we bought another one to plug in at the FL room door. I work hard to keep the boxes clean and sprayed but these two filters work wonders and keep our entire living space clean smelling, cats or no cats! So worth $50!

This is the third one I’ve owned at different times. I like to use it for freshening car smells. You can definitely smell the difference. The ozone gives that post-thunderstorm smell.

No more stinky smells from others in the building. Odors were coming in via bathroom vents of awful cooking. I have 2 of these and they are wonderful. As soon as I detect a scent, turn these on and it is gone. Thanks for a great product.

After COVID and having allergies to mold, I have been reluctant to travel and stay in a hotel. However, I recently had to travel for work. Took these with and placed one in the living area of my hotel room and one in the bathroom. When I first entered the room it was perfumy. Allergic to that too. Left the room for about an hour after starting these up after checking in. Came back and the hotel room smelled fresh and clean. Light weight and portable fits in suitcase nicely. Highly recommend! Product does work very well.

Ok, wow. This thing is amazing. After having only used it for one night I could not smell the litter boxes near where I had plugged this in. I will buy another one because it does not cover the whole room (full lanai), but color me impressed. The light doesn’t turn off and it is “noisy” if you’re sitting right next to it. Other than that, it’s great. Hopefully it lasts for a long time.

I got these because I need new flooring and can’t spring for that just now. Why do I need new flooring? I have asthma that’s been acting up for several months now despite taking care of myself and as anyone knows, carpet can’t Really be cleaned, only shampooed. I also have pets and a my packrat hubby. Sorry, not getting rid of him lolI’ve owned a Honeywell HEPA filtered air cleaner. It’s basically for 1 large room. You have to buy replacement filters that are costly over time even after your initial investment. It took up valuable real estate on the floor and was a bit loud. The housing wasn’t easy to keep clean either.I’ve also owned an air cleaner by Alpine that is nearly identical to Ivation Air Purifier, Ionizer & Deodorizer sold here on Amazon. To be most effective it has to be placed high, like on top of a bookcase, and near the center of the home. The parts are cleanable so only the initial cash outlay. However(!), the fans on these are notorious for failing and replacements are hard to obtain, or at least were. At that time, my home was single story.I looked for Top Ten reviews and these came up on more than 1 or 2 sites. Now, I have a split level home with teh stairs in the middle of the home where an Alpine would have to be mounted on a wall to be effective and that’s not really feasible. So, I decided on these and bought 5 for my 2100sq ft home. I put 1 in the kitchen, 1 in my bedroom, 1 in the Living Room, 1 in the cat litter box room (yeah, I know the cat owns me), and the last one in the Garage. These puppies are strong because I have All of them on the lowest setting and only notice that pleasant-it-just-rained smell when sitting by the one in my living room.The best parts? My WHOLE house is covered and my asthma has calmed down. Super easy to clean with the brush attachment on my Kirby. I’ve had them longer a month and haven’t even needed to do that yet. Can’t get any better than that.

Love everything about it. I have had several over the past 9 years. Works fantastic for cat litter box odor. I have 5 cats and people say they would never know because there is no odor.

This product really surprised me. It works better than I hoped for in my 10‘ x 12‘ room. Unfortunately, my home office is shared with two cats and their litterbot but this little purifier makes it smell like a window is open in spring time, not exaggerating. I highly recommend giving it a try.
