The handle of my Oreck vacuum cleaner broke after 15 years. I could not find the part on the manufacturer’s website. Luckily I found this handle assembly on Amazon and ordered it. It came quickly without instruction. So, I took apart the handle by loosening a few screws, took a photo of how everything lined up inside, transferred everything to the inside of the new handle accordingly, and put the screw back on. There was a piece of metal wire that became loose from the original spot; I had to ask my neighbor to make sure it was for structural purpose not for electrical purpose.
