HEPA Filter doesn’t perfectly fit in my Shark Navigator Lift-Away NV352 without a little alteration
I just received this and immediately tried to replace my HEPA filter first. I was so sad to find out that it doesn’t fit in my Shark Navigator Lift-Away NV352 even though this product description says it should fit. The width of the filter (length from front to back of the HEPA filter) is just a tiny smidgen too long, thereby preventing me from being able to snap the front cover back on. The frame of the HEPA filter is hard plastic so it’s not like I could “squish” or “push” the filter in to make it fit without potentially breaking the plastic hook grooves on my front cover.— UPDATE —-I took another look to compare the filter design with the original filter that came with my vacuum when I purchased it. It actually is identical in size and shape except for a small detail that was preventing the front cover from being able to snap back on. See attached photo. As you can see the original filter has rounded corners on little protruding plastic tabs that are on the front of the filter. These plastic tabs (for lack of a better word) has corners that are not rounded like the original factory designed filter. Just that little extra bit of plastic was preventing me from being able to snap the front cover back on. I had to file down and round these 4 plastic tabs with a hand filer. After that, then the front cover finally was able to snap on. It’s annoying that I had to file down/round out the corners to fit inside my Navigator NV352 properly. The other foam filter pieces did fit snuggly and perfectly.I purchased these filters because I was smelling a really strong dusty smell whenever I’d vacuum and knew it was time for a filter change. I vacuumed a little bit after changing all the filters and I could still smell the dust smell, granted it was definitely not nearly as smelly as it was before I changed all the filters. I’m suspecting that I will need to take my vacuum apart and clean or bleach out something else that’s giving off the strong stench. I don’t know if it’s the HEPA filter that’s not high quality enough to eliminate the odor, but I’m not going to return it because it’ll do for now.

Make sure you change your filters. Slows the performance.
The foam lasts. I wash them gently with mon foaming cleaner and air dry. Make sure they are fully dry before you install again.

I get nervous buying brand name parts over the internet but these fit perfect and work well. One of the air filter flames had broken plastic chunks off the edges however it still fit fine in the vacuum and functions as normal so that’s all I can ask for. I’m happy with the purchase.

Works, but not as good as factory installed filters
I brought these filters for the CU-500 series Shark vacuum cleaner. While they fit, there are a couple of things to point out. The HEPA filter is a very tight fit, so it makes it a little harder to close the cover for the HEPA filter. Also, the filters don’t have the freshing smell that you get with the orginial filter.

Might as well be brand new.
I haven’t changed my filters since 2019. I’ve cleaned them often, but I’m cheap and didn’t think it was worth it. 3 dogs, 2 cats, and the South Texas sand finally took its toll and I bought these and replaced the filters. It’s like a brand new vacuum and I love that 3 sets came at a reasonable price. I’ll buy again and again.

Perfect
I have had my Shark Navigator for a while and it still works just as well as it did the first day. I always clean it and rinse the container and would wash the filters from time to time. Never thought about being able to buy new filters and pre-filters…then one day the light bulb flashed on in the old brain and I got on here and looked, sure enough…you could buy new ones! LOL These fit perfectly and the cost is certainly a good value, especially these days.

Fits Perfect
1st for anyone saying they didn’t fit etc… check compatibly. These filters actually seem better quality than what came from shark. They fit perfectly and definitely renewed the performance. I’ve always removed the filters and have washed them a few times, but even then after a while they just need to be replaced. Will order again..

GREAT PRODUCT!
I was hesitant to buy a product that was not a genuine Shark replacement product. I used to wash my filters, let them dry overnight and then put them back in my vacuum. This product almost seemed too good to be true for the price. Not only did it come with replacement HEPA filters (which I didn’t even know were on my vac until I bought these!) but also 4 of the foam filters and whatever the other one is called that goes beneath it. I put these babies in my vac, replaced the hepa filter I never knew I had, and it was like I had just bought a new vacuum! These work great! And because it came with so many, now when I take one out to wash it, I don’t have to wait for it to dry. I just put another one in! Best bargain buy ever! I will definitely purchase these again!

Great filters, like having a new machine
These filters were a perfect fit for my Shark Navigator Lift Away, and it was like getting a new vacuum cleaner. I was thinking about replacing my vacuum cleaner, because my allergies have been really bad even with regular vacuuming. I decided to try replacing the filters first, and immediately noticed that less dust was escaping from the machine during use and the suction was amazing. I vacuumed a rug that I had vacuumed before, and I could see that it was more vibrant and clean after replacing the filters. I wish I would have replaced these filters long before! I had tried hand washing the washable filters that came with my machine, but it was inconvenient to do. I wasn’t getting around to it very often. At this price point, it’s easy to just replace them, or at least have a few to wash and rotate out. I’m very satisfied with this product and highly recommend!

Was gonna get a new vacuum, but decided to try replacing filters instead. Picked this up, and after a year, they are still working well. They were super easy to install, and the price made it a good value cause the Shark store has almost nothing, and what they do have, is really expensiveBeing able to get this, let me keep the vacuum, and it works great at removing some odors too
