Functional and quality vacuum
I love Miele appliances and have a c1 turbo that I adore. I wanted to get a stick vac for the days where I don’t feel like rolling around a canister or lighter jobs. I went with the total care for the variety of included attachments and am thrilled with my purchase.Pros: superior cleaning, powerful suction, miele’s quality in the build and parts, and a variety of accessories to fit your cleaning needs. Works well on a variety of surfaces and is easy to maneuver. Love that it can get pretty much flat to the ground. It cleans 95% as well as my Miele canister. I think my attachments for the canister are slightly better for high pile carpet/rugs, which is what makes up for the 5%. Nice to have.. the colorway is chefs kiss.Cons: the other reviewers are right in that the battery doesn’t last long if you use the brush roll attachments. I have mostly hardwood floors and tile so this is not a huge concern for me. It is definitely heavier than it looks. Prepare to get an arm workout. I imagine it’s due to the motor that they pack in there, but it’s certainly more substantial than Dysons that I’ve tried. It’s not cheap but I trust Miele quality. Lastly, it would be nice if it stood up on its own at this price point but whatever. Not a big deal to me.

LOVE at first sight.
Love love LOVE my cordless Miele. I’ve affectionately called her Mabel, and she helps me every day. I live in a 5000 sq. ft. home and she resides on the main floor in the kitchen. She’s so easy to use that my kids take her for a spin around the house all the time. She’s always coming to my rescue moments before company comes over. Our main floor has never been so consistently clean because of her presence. The suction is just as good as my Miele Gemini, and lasts a full hour- A FULL HOUR. That’s long enough for my kitchen, living room, dining room, mud room, foyer, vestibule, living room, 3 hallways, bathroom and a pop into 2 bedrooms and a few stairs. She’s lightweight- not heavy and bulky like other’s I’ve tried. Easy to empty, quick to charge, maneuvers under all of my tables/chairs and couches with ease. I love the extra suction function when she detects a carpet. And the attachments- I could write a whole separate review!!!!!!!

Miele vs Dyson V11
Replaced and old Dyson V11. Miele feels more like an appliance than a toy. Replaced several parts on the Dyson. The trigger is especially a problem. Miele is much quieter and powerful. Cost much less. Happy so far.

Great vacuum
Works great…worth the money…should have bought one before I spent wasted money on cheaper ones.

A Miele Miracle? Not on this one.
We’re loyal Miele users — our home is filled with their products: coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and a plug-in vacuum cleaner that’s been fantastic. So we had high hopes for their cordless stick vacuum — expecting the usual “Miele miracle.” Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations.🔻 Cons: • Heavy for a stick vacuum — noticeably more than our two Dyson models. • Battery life is disappointing — it doesn’t last long enough for a full clean. • Dust bin design is frustrating: only the first third of the clear chamber is usable capacity; the back 2/3 is for air circulation. If you accidentally overfill, it becomes nearly impossible to empty cleanly.✅ Pros: • It does have superior suction technolog compared to Dyson — no question there. • Side suction entry in Dyson means it often gets stuck..⚠️ Overall: We really wanted to love this, but despite its impressive suction, the poor ergonomics and battery limitations make it hard to recommend — especially given Miele’s usually stellar track record.

Miele Duoflex is changing my life with dogs!
I’ve owned Miele canister vacuums for years, my second one is still going strong after 10 years, but with two labrador retrievers in the house, I have longed for a cordless stick vacuum that would actually work. After reading many reviews and finding the vacuum on sale during Amazon Prime Days, I ordered the Miele Duoflex and I couldn’t be happier. The flexible head transitions so easily from hard floor to rugs, and it maneuvers so easily between and around furniture legs. The best part, though, is how well is picks up dog hair on the first pass. My rugs seem to be cleaner than with my Miele canister. The only drawback for me is that the dustbin capacity is quite small and fills very quickly, but it is easy to empty. Very happy I made this purchase, so far it’s a life-changer for me.

Great… Until it wasn’t
I ended up needing to return mine. However! It may have been a one-off issue. Something glitched with it, and I could not figure out how to re-set, even after talking with Miele customer support. While it worked, it was amazing! Great suction, good battery life, easy to empty the canister, and was gorgeous.A little heavy, but worth it for the auction! Loved all of the Accessories. I’d give 5 stars…. But it only lasted a short while before having whatever issue it had

Picks up pet hair really well in carpet. Good charge and impressed with how much it does sweep up.

Very pleased!
I am please with the vacuum cleaner. I deducted one star because the dust collector is very small.

Very heavy
Performs well and looks good. But beware it is very heavy and it always hurts my neck when I use it. I have to switch hands frequently.
