   Two of my sisters have Mile vacuums and I had a Kirby. Since I’m now on oxygen and have limited energy to really clean I needed something lighter. I can vacuum with the Miele without using my oxygen and it’s lightweight maneuverability make it a joy to use. The power heads have great suction and hits great for carpet, wood and tile

   I was in the market for a new vacuum. My old Miele I purchased back in the late 1990s was finally wore out. It was still able to suck up dirt, but it took too many passes to do a great job. So, obviously, since my old Miele lasted about 30 years I would check out another Miele. I did my due diligence in shopping, though. I looked at the competitors and read plenty of reviews, but I finally had to settle on the Miele C3 Brilliant and I am happy I did!Cons: Expensive. Competitors are a little less money, such as a Dyson. Bag capacity is small compared to the capacity of a bag-less upright model, which means in the long term I will spend a little more money to clean with the Miele than I would with a bag-less vacuum (just comparing bagged versus bag-less).Pros: The Miele C3 Brilliant is built to last! The quality of the vacuum has improved over the top the line model I purchased in the late ’90s which says allot about how serious the company is about producing a great product. Suction surpasses my expectations. I vacuumed up quit a bit of dirt that had been left behind by my old Miele. HEPA filter works quite well! I like that the air coming out of the exhaust is filtered, no more dust returning into the air from vacuuming is really good! The LED lighting is bright which is terrific for seeing under beds and tables. The vacuum heads that come with the C3 Brilliant Complete are all top-notch construction. In particulare, the SEB-236 Powerhead really does work my carpet, giving it a fresh, restorative, look and especially in high traffic areas (a much needed feature since I rent an apartment). Furthermore, I can get under the bed with the SEB-236 quite nicely. The SBD 285-3 does an excellent job on my vinyl flooring and reaches into areas a broom can’t really clean as well. It works well on carpet, too, and reaches under cabinets and hutches where the SEB-236 sits a little too high. The vacuum tools all are of great quality and there is really nothing to complain about. They do their jobs which is all I ask for. The warranty on the Brilliant model is exceptional and that alone makes the purchase price more appealing.Purchasing the Performance Pack was a good deal. I have enough vacuum bags to last a year, at least. The different floor heads in the package deal are much needed.Over all, I would buy the Miele C3 Brilliant again without hesitation. The delivery was fast, well packaged, and set up of the vacuum was easy. I am not at all disappointed with this product at this time.

   I’ve never looked forward to vacuuming as much as I do now! The way the bare floors attachment glide across the floor along with its flat head that manages to maneuver effortlessly into every corner so I don’t have to then grab another attachment to do the baseboards; it’s life changing! The carpet attachment is superior and it actually cleans the carpet!10/10 don’t regret and I’ll never go back to Dyson!

   My wife and I needed a new vacuum for the demanding floors in our home. Given the different types and heights of our floor coverings, the Miele C3 was our obvious choice. We couldn’t be happier for the performance, especially it’s quite running and to also know we had a professional salesperson on the other end. When I was unboxing the vacuum the adjustment button on the telescopic wand was found loose in the box. I contacted the seller for help, and almost immediately the response came with the solution. A total Great experience, Very satisfied with product and seller’s performance, top notch!RH

   I have owned a Kirby Upright forty years and has been indestructible. But awkward to move around and I purchased a couple of handheld Dyson based upon TV ads and the such. I really liked the flexibility of a battery operated vacuum. I did not like the small container and all the dust when emptying. They were okay for small cleanup projects but I was never really happy with them as a main vacuum for the house. When one the vacuums quit working I called customer service and was told I could get 20% off on new vacuum. That is when I searched for a better vacuum by searching the internet. The Reviews for Miele were always good with a common complaint being the price. Anywhere from $400 to $1,600 for a Miele. I ended up buying the most expensive of all the models. I can not tell you about the lesser priced models but I am so happy that I purchased the one with all the whistles. What a quiet vacuum. The canister is so lightweight and maneuverable that I don’t use the Dyson anymore. The HEPA feature is perfect. I would smell the foul odor from the Dyson and it was a HEPA. The switch on the handle is a great feature and use it several times during a normal session. I got the best of all worlds with this model. I did need to do more planning when vacuuming a floor and that took so getting used to. But after I used the suggestions from Miele I learned to love the vacuum even more.Great ProductVery noticeably a cleaner carpet and does not damage expensive carpets if used properly.Last weekend I used the Miele on the pickup. Yes it was a little heavier than the Dyson but when I started to vacuum the pet hair and dirt I was so glad I purchased a real vacuum and not a toy or gimmick. Today I am purchasing additional crevice tools. I don’t usually review products but I am so pleased to recommend this product I have spent the time to write a glowing recommendation.

   I have had an upright Miele for years. I have to admit I have put it through the test of time. It was an extremely heavy motor and that is the part that you hold onto no matter how small you break it down to, as it had several ways to use it. My Oreck bit the dust after 15 years and I was very unhappy that lit was not fixable, but also a bit happy that I could research different brands and find one that would do every floor I have, carpet up, stained concrete down and hardwood in living kitchen and master. I love this Miele. Yes it is a canister, but it rolls so easily you don’t realize it is one. The handle extends far enough I can use the attachment for hardwoods under my king size beds and get all the little dust bunnies that like to hide on cords and baseboards as well as extend it to my 12 foot ceilings and get the dust out of the AC intake grates. Has a attachable motorized small head that I do the stair cases with and furniture. It does cost separate but hey, if you are getting this vac you will want it. I also purchased the under the appliance extended bendable attachment. If your in the market for a very good vac cleaner and cost vs quality is something your looking for this is the one for you.

   I researched vacuum cleaners before my purchase and Miele came up as the top of the line. I decided to make the investment in the bundle because it came with three attachments and extra accessories ie. bags, filter, etc. I was very excited when my Miele arrived. The Miele Complete C3 Brilliant vacuum is quiet; the suction is amazing; it is lightweight therefore extremely maneuverable. The length of the hose and attachments allows me to vacuum without bending which saves my back because I have arthritis in my lower lumbar spine.I did encounter one glitch with a damaged piece on the vacuum which was quickly resolved and a replacement attachment was sent out to me. My customer service experience was very satisfying and I felt that it was handled with consideration and understanding.P. S. I love my Miele Complete C3 Brilliant vacuum!!!!!

   Yes, this is quite expensive in my World! But it was also a special treat I gave to myself. I absolutely hate vacuuming so I figured if I treated myself two good quality vacuum maybe that would help. And I’m so glad I did! It’s worth every penny. It’s so quiet, I could actually vacuum at night without disturbing my family members in the house. Wonderful suction power. I love all the different attachments too. And, I love the fact that it’s compact and lightweight. It even has a HEPA filter. This is a very unique machine and it helps me to enjoy vacuuming again! I’m doing my best to take care of it and I hope it lasts me a long time! This machine is really something speciam if you have a chance to treat yourself.I’m quite pleased with this purchase.

   Pros- Rolls easily on both carpet and hardwood- Filters all dust, no particles make it through- Bag system very easy to maintain and dispose of “vacuum loads”- easy to service filter- Very quiet operation compared to other vacuums I’ve used, despite the massive motor power- Optimal attachments for almost every environment (carpet, rugs, hardwood, tile)Cons- Bags / filters slightly expensive- Wish it came with a thinner extension for the small attachments, the metal electric rod is too thick to get into short shelves like TV stands- Motor outputs warm/hot air so vacuuming a closed small space can be uncomfortable

    This is the top of the line Miele canister vac. Does a great job and has many features. Flat surfaces and carpet, no problem.Just remember, if you want to help w air quality in your rooms, you will have to have a bav that uses a bag. I know that’s a pain, but it’s the best way to keep allergens from escaping.Also, no matter which vac you buy, CHANGE FILTERS regularly. It makes all the difference. Most people blame faulty vacs but it really user neglect. Luckily Amazon sells all the filters most vacs use and they aren’t spendy. Even the generic ones tend to perform well.
