Handle-hose replacement
I got a ping-pong ball stuck in the handle of my vacuum and we could not get it out. We reordered a replacement handle-hose and we thought it was defective because the bottom of the new hose would not click in place at the lower part of the vacuum. Unlike the original piece that just clicked in place, the new one would not click in place until you actually pushed the button on it – then it locked in place. We didn’t realize that – but, now it works fine! Appreciate the seller for working with me.

This item is an exact OEM factory replacement for my Shark TruePet Professional Lift-A-Way Model NV650W vacuum. I have had this vacuum for over 10 years, used with all the attachments it states, and has worked perfectly with no complaints. I accidentally sucked up one of my cat’s catnip toys that lodged in the hose and attempted to free it by disassembling the handle. The factory statement showed that you cannot do said motion but I figured it wouldn’t work anyway so why not try. I ordered this rare find gem after searching for a fit for my model (being older) and not some aftermarket trash. Highly recommend with stating that – Thank you for an awesome replacement for a great price.
