Pretty amazing mop
This is an excellent mop but very expensive– is it worth it? I don’t think it’s worth seven hundred, but it is probably the best mop I’ve ever used. I have tile, laminate, and wood floors. I was using a steam mop which I LOVED– that mop kept my floors in great condition. However, I couldn’t use it on the laminate and I discovered I shouldn’t have used it on the grouted vinyl tile. All my grout kind of shrunk and I had to get the whole area redone. So, as much as I thought that mop was fantastic, I wanted a mop that I could use on all my hardwood floors. I can use this one and my floors are really very clean.Yes, I gave up the steam feature but this mop pulls up all the solids and really gets the floor clean. I don’t have to sweep first– I can use this mop on my whole first floor and not run out of power. The tanks are easy to fill and empty as is the solid area.This is a fantastic product. I’m really very happy with it and it’s made very well, easy to use, easy to understand how to use, and it’s very sturdy. It doesn’t take too long to charge and I have not run out of charge while cleaning– and the first floor of our house is pretty big. I do the kitchen, living room, libary, dining room and powder room and I still have power.Not easy to store (in my house) but it’s worth making room for. Recommended.

Customer Service Support
It’s a good mop, however, the customer support is terrible. If something wrong occurs with your mop and need help, it is so difficult to get in contact with them through their website, email, phone etc. I’ve tried almost everything and I have been able to get the support needed. The mop works, but be cautious because if something goes wrong, getting access to technical support will be a hassle.

Time saver!

Our kids often spill a combination of crumbs and liquid on the floor next to the kitchen island. Before we got the HIZERO, we would have to get out a separate vacuum and Swiffer mop. The HIZERO makes it so much quicker and easier to remove both in one pass.This reminds me of the classic iRobot Scooba 380/450 models which would put down cleaning solution and suck it up into the dirty water tank. Those models are not available anymore (replaced with Swiffer pad style robots). The HIZERO is like the Scooba 380/450 except with manual control.What I like most,— Effective at cleaning hard floors, it really works!— Quiet, has a pleasant low pitched sound.— Convenient quick-change location for the clean and dirty water containers.— Easy to empty the debris tray and remove the scrubbing wheel.— Large futuristic-looking status LED on the front.— Pulls itself forward.— White design is beautiful and stylish so it looks nice with the home decor in storage.There is something satisfying about seeing the dark colored water in the dirty water container. It gives an idea of how dirty the floor is, so you can keep doing it until the water becomes clearer.Overall this is a wonderful gadget, and I can’t think of anything negative about the HIZERO Bionic Hard Floor Cleaner. It is a real time saver for us.

Not practical , long hair gets wrapped into it. Doesn’t do much
– [ ] Not a huge fan of the Hizero F803.Assembly was easy and I was excited to see what a bag less vacuum could do.We have a combination of hardwood, tile, carpet and vinyl plank.I tried the vacuum in the kitchen and laundry area first.It was slow going, but appeared to be doing a good job. Picked up cat hair easily enough.Then I tried picking up a small piece of thin plastic from some packaging.I went over the piece 5-6 times before I just bent over and picked it up.Then I was up to the bathroom.Bathroom is 8” ceramic tiles.Seemed to do a decent job with hair and the floor wasn’t overly wet when finished, but did not clean the grout.Long hair easily gets wrapped around the roller, and there’s no groove to use a razor to cut through. They expect scissors to do the job.I guess if your floors are all very smooth and no one in your house has long hair, this appliance would be perfect.But in the real world, it’s not overly practical.

Do not waste your money on this product
I read such good reviews, and maybe we got a lemon, but this does not work as advertised. I have tile floors, with a wood grain texture. In many places it only cleans the highest part of the tile and does not manage to clean the grout. The roller does not make full contact with the floor, so if you are cleaning marble it will likely work, but if there is any texture to your tile at all it is useless. It also left a mark on my tile that I have not yet been able to remove. It is not worth 70 dollars much less 700.

The best of the best
I hate having a dirty floor. I was looking for something that would meet my expectations for a long time and finally found it. This mop is brilliant. Collects garbage and washes immediately without leaving any streaks! I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

Best customer service ever!
this is my first review. I’ve had hizero for over a year and I must admit I like it a lot! my floor (pergo) with a dog and a child requires daily washing, thanks to hizero it takes me 10 minutes. The water tank could be bigger and the machine could be a little quieter but still gives 8/10. 100/10 gives customer service – they answer my questions within a few minutes – always on the phone, they don’t avoid answers, very helpful! If anyone is wondering whether to buy and spend that much money, the answer is – YES!

I like it
What I love about it1) It is very quiet2) The debris is totally separate from the dirty water so you can pour the dirty water into the sink.3) It is 8 pounds and I find it easy and even enjoyable to use.4) It dries the floor. Very little water left.5) It uses a no-residue cleaner. No streaking.6) It cleans the roller while in use.7) It stands up and there is also a base to sit it in.8) It has a long battery life. Much longer than the other mop vacs.9) They sell every single part of the vacuum on Amazon, so you can deal with repairs yourself.What I don’t love:1) It is expensive. It helped that Amazon had a $100 off sale and that they also gave the payment plan.2) The water containers aren’t super big which means that you have to dump out the dirty water a few tines and add clean water. Though I have sealed vinyl flooring, so I just poured some extra clean water on the floor at the beginning and that is how I moistened the roller. (People soak the roller before use. I didn’t do that. I added extra water to the floor before starting.)3) I don’t have pets anymore but if you have a lot of hair on the floor, the roller that cleans the roller can get wrapped in hair. Mine doesn’t.4) If you have highly textured floor, it won’t clean as well. Meaning deep grout or deep textures in the pattern. It is excellent on smooth flooring.5) I tried it on a SUPER dirty floor – one that hadn’t been washed in over a year and I got black water in the dirt cup after black water in the dirt cup after black water in the dirt cup, but I am not sure it is efficient at cleaning seriously dirty floors. I had wanted to try it on one, but that was less satisfying than “average dirty” from a week without washing.1) It is expensive

Good product but could use improvements
I bought this product because of friend referral. So far I’m happy with it as it made my day to day easier, it cleans and washes floors at the same time which is a great time saver. It needs some improvements to be perfect; water and waste containers are too small, battery does not last long, it could have the scrubbing brush to get the dirt from the floor (currently has only sponge when washing), also if there is anything i m the way it will suck it in like cord, carpet, shoe anything so there cannot be anything in the way when using this device. The price is high, it could have been lower for a not a perfect vaccum-mop. Overall I’m using this on daily basis and happy with product. Still would recommend.

Works on gloss tiles, if you know the tricks
I was ready to return this vacuum the first few times I used it. I have high gloss floor tiles and it left a streaky mess. But I kept at it and learned a few tricks. Now it works great. (See photo of the mirror like gloss).1. Make sure the roller is thoroughly soaked. The few minutes listed in the instructions is not nearly enough for first use. I soaked it for a few hours. The roller needs to be EVENLY expanded. If the edges are more expanded than the middle you need more time. Also try squeezing and massaging it a bit.2 The machine needs to be tugging at you when you pull it back. If you don’t feel the machine tugging at you then it is not working. The roller works like a human tongue and licks the floor clean. No pull, noLick.If you don’t feel a pull it means your roller is not soaked enough OR the floor is not clean. Try repeating more strokes. Dust on the floor keeps the tongue from sticking and generating pull. If the floor isnt clean it will show streaks.Be prepared for lots of tank fills. Probably every 10 minutes. Battery is more than enough and the tanks are easy to clean.

Poor customer service
Bought this 2 months ago. Used it maybe 3 times. Now the roller brush is flashing an error. I have cleaned it 3 times and reassembled. Still doesn’t work. I have tried Hizero chat and phone number. Had to leave a message on phone number. I just want to clean my floor with this $700 cleaner!!!

Love everything about this vacumop! It vacuums and mops both and self propelling too!
I loved the way it keeps crumbs in one tray and dirty liquid in another dirty water holder! Light weight and self propelling!

Simply the Best
It works as advertised. Cleans well and very easy to clean. Covers a large area however it is fairly slow but when you think about the easy of cleanup and not needing to use a mop it well worth it.
